If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the steps to return products and request a refund. 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Fragrances that have been used or opened will not be accepted for return unless they are defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and refunds.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@waveecite.com or call (620) 364-8546 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Order Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include this number when sending the product back.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it is delivered safely. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used or opened fragrances
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased as part of a promotional or discounted offer that is marked as final sale

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another fragrance or size, you will need to return the original product for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@waveecite.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and damaged item for inspection.
